We collect information you give us directly (name, email, company, and any details submitted via our contact form), information collected automatically when you visit our site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, referral source via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), and communications you send us by email.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries and deliver services you've requested. To understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. To measure the performance of our marketing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can opt out of analytics cookies by declining via our cookie banner. You can opt out of Meta's ad tracking through Meta's own privacy settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained per Google and Meta's standard data retention policies. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@tocohq.ca.
