Services

TOCO provides digital marketing, AI automation, web development, and workshop services to businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in individual service agreements or statements of work. These website terms do not constitute a service contract.

Website use

This website is for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or distribute its content without written permission. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including copy, design, and code, is the property of TOCO Digital Inc. or its content suppliers. Client work featured in case studies is used with permission.

Client-owned assets

A core part of how TOCO operates: everything we build for a client (accounts, ad assets, code, data, domains) belongs to the client from day one. TOCO retains ownership of its internal methodologies and templates.

Limitation of liability

TOCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes to service terms will be communicated directly to active clients.
