The situation

Thane came to us at the start of 2026 with strong credentials: a B.Sc in Chemistry, 11 research publications, and a curriculum co-developed with an active PhD professor. What he did not have was a business. No website, no brand, no digital presence, and no system for finding students. The goal: build everything from scratch and have it ranking in Winnipeg search and AI results by November exam season.

Brand identity

Starting from nothing meant building the brand first. Positioning, visual identity, and a voice that speaks to both the students searching and the parents paying. The credential story was the lead from day one.

Custom website

No templates, no generic tutor aesthetic. A clean, fast, credential-forward site built to convert. Direct booking integration so students can lock in without back-and-forth. Mobile-optimised and performance-ready.

GTM strategy

A full go-to-market plan mapped to the November exam prep season: which channels to build first, which keywords to own, how to sequence content, and what the path from zero to ranking looks like month by month.

Search and AI-search foundations

Local Winnipeg targeting, Google Business Profile setup, FAQ schema markup, and an llms.txt file built in from launch. The infrastructure for both traditional search and AI recommendation is in place. The rankings are the next chapter.

The result
